how do i start my own photography bussiness?
i want to start a website like..(ATLPICS.NET)i just want to know how much does it cost to get a website like this.i want to go out at the local atlanta night clubs and take pics of ppl of diffrent clubs so they can copy and paste it on their myspace??i tinking of buying a nikon d80,and i want to do wedding photography too.pleadse help me on how much on the website or what kind of website do i need..thank you
starting a photo business is just like starting any other business.
you need a business plan, funding, financing, and of course the knowledge to operate it succesfully.
contact your local SCORE office thru the Chamber of Commerce. they can help with writing a business plan, securing startup and operating capital, putting together a website and make sure you are in compliance with all the state and federal tax issues.
btw… there are already lots of people doing exactly the same thing in Atlanta so you need to be ready for some stiff competition.
