What is the best fabric for a floor-length evening gown?
An apparel manufacturer Etsy is making a gown for me. It has a higher installed as a top vintage dress (3 / 4 length sleeves, neck portrait style), fitted at the waist and then falls to the ground in folds as a "swing skirt '. It will be in black and has a very nice and dynamic green belt that ties around the waist (which is independent). What would be the best material?
