
Are privacy laws need to be updated and harder to protect against violations caused by new technologies?
Stalking, fraud, defamation, harassment, etc. are all so much easier today than in the past. Ex, gangs, employers, competitors, worship, family, etc. Use websites, mobile phones with photography, Internet, etc. to follow and harass. What sanctions should be brought to bear? How can be stopped? Little has been done so far. When the U.S. and Canada will address this growing problem?
