Web design draws from various schools of thought in the development and implementation of the pages ultimately designed. However, if the text would benefit your website in SEO strategies you might consider allowing a text version to appear on your site with downloading a PDF replacement for those who need it.
If you're concerned about copyright infringement, you may not want to make the text available online. In this case, you must write a summary keyword rich which will be available, while refraining from publishing full text (except in a non-tampering pdf).
Flash
The use of flash combines great imagery with audio and animation, However, this feature of creative design does not help the search engines in ranking your site more favorably.
Some sites are to develop a hybrid site. The first side of the website is pure Flash, with the other party is text driven. In this case, the end user has the possibility to use all the features of Flash while the text provides various training search engine with all the information necessary for classifying positive searchable site.
