A 1972 graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School, attended college at Creighton University, earning a Bachelor of Sciences in 1976, followed by a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1980. Dr. flenk is a member of the Sioux City Dental Society, which focuses on continuing education. Also attended the Master of Business Dental Program in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. flenk is married to Deb and they have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. His hobbies include photography and sculpture in wood and is a passionate hunter. He is a member of the Community of Christ Church.
