What is the best way to learn photography?
I know the obvious practice, but I was wondering if someone could give me some idea how to learn more? Recommendations of books?
I had so much in the picture this time last year, but during the summer, I went to the section of my library of old books in photography (the collection of Martin Luther King in San Jose) and have read quite all the books there. My Favorites were nothing by Tom Ang, "How to photograph absolutely everything" is a good beginners book "Digital Photography Masterclass" which is a little more advanced. Kodak makes some good books (but really crappy cameras). Ansel Adams has some really good books, but a little on the technical side. But the two Tom ang books I mentioned are my favorites, and I recommend it, but from personal experience, the best way to learn is through failure.
