Some supplement companies will do anything to
prove the effectiveness of their productsÂ. But sometimes the
evidence isnÂ't exactly what Italian is cracked up to be. Before and
After the photos are more convincing ways to
convince a person of steroids as gains.
Often before photos show the bodybuilder in off-season
condition, fat, bloated, with pale skin. Hardly inspiring,
but, true to life. And photos are sometimes reversed. In a
one such supplement company presented a photo of a
Fitness Model in excellent condition, declaring Â'after 'photo.
Beside her, the photo of the apparent Â'before has shown the model
her last trimester of pregnancy. Anyone familiar with
the model's history is aware that before the picture was,
Indeed, after the photo.
The same trick was used by a former professional bodybuilder
1960s. Interestingly, her cheeks becoming sunken
his face seemed deeper into the picture. Apparently, his
Supplement line not only increases muscle, it may be
proverbial fountain of youth!
Before and after pictures of everyday individuals to sell
better product. They represent people like you and me …
average weight trainees hoping to make dramatic changes
In short order. But these photos are also very doubtful. In
to look as bad and as good as possible models
employ several tricks.
The front picture almost always be
slouching, frowning, pale skin, dull lighting, gut prolonged
and with the absence of muscle pump. Post to use the pictures hard
lighting with good shadow contrast of tanned skin, upright
posture with lats and shoulders apart, muscles
taut, smiling neat facial hair and head, and
a muscular pump. It is also known that the tape was
used to pull back obliques / love handles to make
seems even smaller and shoulders even wider. The
same turn works under their armpits to make the pec line
more pronounced and strong.
And yes, you see really what the person has
done and while on the supplement Â'x '? Just what
you witness is an illusion of posing and photography
Skills model.
A winning competitor in the EAS Physique
Transformation contest in 1999 did not look good if contrasting
your photos before and after losing six kilos of fat. It
also, however, lost six pounds of lean tissue! Ignoring
that it has won, we can say that his program was a
failure and he did the opposite of what the exercise was
originally intended to, for example, increased lean tissue / function.
But it is these extremes that we sometimes unhealthy
experiences to make a considerable difference in
competition that allows only 12 weeks. After all, 12 weeks is not
long, especially for advanced students only
novices. For developed countries, there is not much muscle to
gain and produce good photos before and after it is
extreme loss of fat – besides slouching, frowning, and no
pump or tan in the before pictures.
Unfortunately, many people (particularly novices) who are
know the advantages and application of long-term
burn planning such an effort, perhaps
Leaving the exercise together. After spending 12 weeks almost
overtraining (if done by havenÂ't the end of the contest and
if not how to train), they conclude they can not
tolerate another 12 weeks of self-inflicted Torture also that
only three other years.
Not everyone entering these contests understand that it is a
short-term solution … to see how far the body can be pushed
as quickly as possible. After this point, training must take
on a more cyclical structure. This means maintaining most of
what has been accomplished in the physical transformation
followed by off-season Â'easier 'Training and advanced
rarely thereafter. Fat loss in May to continue after the
competition, or before another summit, but 100% effort mental and
extreme demands may only account for 8-12 weeks total
throughout the year, having reached an advanced stage.
Training throughout the rest of the year may still be
difficult but tolerable and never as demanding.
I think most students Beginners donÂ't realize the
importance of the bicycle or what should be done after a
Physique Transformation Challenge. Most magazines donÂ't
speak or bodybuilding books. They have
general ideas and expect to get up happily ever after. For
this reason that challenges the physical transformation and
magazines as a whole to produce more failures than successes
in thoughts of maintaining or improving ONEA Physics
after 12 weeks of grueling effort just to break
anyone's motivation. Believing that you must continue
training in a similar manner (something which we
all victims) is the best guarantee for the exercise
termination.
Interestingly, can you imagine the loss of profits
Supplement manufacturers (magazine owners) are
due to frustration their readers and the meeting with the
abandonment of thousands of year – or perhaps more
purchase that magazine and the supplements that
approves. If the information proper training was provided,
including long-term implementation, it would be more
successful and complete purchases from leading
trainees. Rather, companies are hoping and supplement
expects a new generation of customers to compensate
those recently lost – the short-term solutions for a quick buck.
