Those of us who admire the work of leading artists and award winning images of outstanding photographers, marvel at the creativity these artists. A little jealous of their amazing abilities and natural talent. We look at our own pictures and I wonder how we ever get anywhere by teachers. All is not lost or as dark as it seems.

I know that my experience in photography I look at these photographs, look at my work, try copying, failure and then abandon. It became a cycle of failure and discouragement, until I realized that I could take good pictures. This was not an immediate change, but a process. What I realized is that masters never painted a picture perfect the first time they have held a brush, nor the great photographers of the first time they have held a camera. They started their creative journey somewhere. The important part of the process was on the road and how they have developed along this road to learning. Thus, equating this to you and me, we have to start somewhere. You must make a conscious choice that you run a creative adventure. You need a starting point, a starting point. It's back to the time you'll look and use it against your future work.

With all this said and done, how can we begin our creative journey? Let's look at a few points that will help you:

1. Find your area of passion

It is sometimes necessary to discover your passion we often keep these areas of ours lives hidden for various reasons. The company said that a man should not like flowers or a woman can not get excited by motorcycles. It is therefore essential to discover what excites us and what makes us tick creativity. He is himself a trip in our creative adventure. Once you've discovered that you have a base for new ideas and a platform for experimentation who will stay motivated and not give up or become discouraged. Find a quiet place now and relax as you think about what your passions.

2. Begin with the end in mind

Need some ideas on what you want to reach you through creativity. Have a good understanding of what you create in your images. If you can not see something in the eye of your mind and have no idea what you do, you're lost before you start. This is where the help of teachers comes in. Be inspired, but not copy not. There is a difference between someone working copy and be inspired by him. Allow it to you excited and motivated to take images of similar quality and beauty. Let them give you ideas and understanding of their techniques and methods of composition. They should motivate you to go out and shoot.

3. Take time and take your time

Very often we want to do something and do it now and see the results now. Instant gratification is a major warts of life in this modern age. We want to be creative and we want it now. Creativity takes time and conscious effort to develop. It does not just happen overnight. Think of the possibilities for good composition and imagine the possibilities, angles, colors and perspectives. Move away from the bustle and find a place that makes you feel good about yourself and where you can enjoy the moment. Many artists have a place where they go to for inspiration.

4. Choose a location or inspiring settin g

Helping your creativity to find a place that inspires you. If you like old buildings then find a place that has many of them. If you love flowers and insects go into a botanical garden. Anyway, find and go. And let your camera home. Yes, do not take it with you. You need to experience the environment, to soak up the atmosphere and just observe. We are so tempted to start taking pictures and doing so we miss the moment and go because of technical issues before we be inspired.

5. Think, observe and let your creativity run wild

Walk, sit or lie down in your chosen location. Look closely at your surroundings and look for opportunities. Look at different angles. Scrutinize colors and forms. Look for lines and repeated patterns. Observe how the light falls on an object and meaning of the shadow. Look for details that you have not seen before. All these factors play a role in your journey of creativity.

Once you've been through these five steps you begin to reach a point where your creative ideas can begin to flow. Creativity can not be rushed. It's like the flow of honey in a pot, slow and soft, once you've tasted it, you'll never forget. You must create an environment for it begins. It is a learned process and can not be burdened by the daily turmoil and unrest and concerns of life. We all the creativity in us, but we need to create a framework that will allow coax. When you learn this, there will be no end to the exciting images that you can create.
