Do I not fill out my UCAS application form this year?
I need to do an Art Foundation in order to do Photography.
The UCAS application form they are getting us to do at school is for 2010 entry but I can’t start Photography then and to do an Art Foundation I have to contact the college/uni myself as they don’t do it through UCAS and have different application forms.
Is there anyway I can delay the application form?
Thanks for your help.
Have you tried speaking to some at school/6th form about this? Like your head of year/director of 6th form maybe.
I don’t know if this would work but you can defer entries once you have a place, in other words you keep your place but start the course in 2011 – which would give you time to do the year art foundation degree. But you might have to leave it and do it next year if you need the degree on your application to Uni when you send it. Either way you need to find out soon so it doesn’t become more of a worry in september.
